Please note: Effective September 24, 2019, the City of Prescott discontinued the business license requirement. All businesses in the City will no longer be required to obtain or renew a business license. (Ordinance No. 2019-1689)
Businesses engaging in taxable activity are still required to apply for an Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) license through the Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) and report “TPT”. Then let Cindy know as soon as you have your numbers so she can add you to the list. Vendors if you do not have a TPT number you need to acquire one or you will be contacted following the powwow to obtain one.
